The Nourish Code is an independent digital publishing project created and operated by Adel Battah, an individual seller (sole trader) based in Kafr El Sheikh, Egypt. There is no separate registered company behind the site — Adel is the sole author, publisher, and person you'll reach if you write in.
We publish and sell The Nourish Code, an educational eBook (and an optional printable Companion Kit) about preparing everyday food to absorb more of its nutrients. Everything we sell is a digital download — there is no physical product and nothing is ever shipped. A separate paperback edition is also available through Amazon KDP, sold and fulfilled directly by Amazon under its own terms.
Adel is a medical laboratory chemist with a background in chemistry, biochemistry, and zoology, and three years of clinical blood-analysis experience. He wrote The Nourish Code after noticing how much peer-reviewed nutrition science never makes it into home kitchens. You can read the full author story on the homepage.
