These terms govern your purchase and use of The Nourish Code ("the book") and the getnourishcode.com website ("the site"), operated by Adel Battah ("we", "us"). By buying or using the book or the site, you agree to these terms.
The Nourish Code is an educational digital book and accompanying digital materials about food preparation and nutrient absorption. A paperback edition may also be sold through Amazon, subject to Amazon's terms.
When you buy the book, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use it for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, sublicense, or publicly post the book or its contents, in whole or in part. The book and all its text, images, and design remain our intellectual property.
The book is for general educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, nor to replace professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes. Nutrient-absorption figures cited are specific to the nutrient and preparation described and are drawn from peer-reviewed literature; individual results vary.
Card and international payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, under their buyer terms. Local Egyptian payments (Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, bank transfer) are handled directly by us and confirmed manually before delivery. Prices are shown on the site and may change over time.
Digital purchases are final. Please see our Refund Policy for the full details and the personal support we offer instead.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the book or the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
We may update these terms as the business evolves. The current version is always posted on this page with its "last updated" date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your own country of residence.
