Orders paid by card or through Paddle.com are delivered automatically and instantly: as soon as your payment is confirmed, you're taken to a download page and emailed your files right away.
Orders paid via Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, or bank transfer are currently confirmed by us before delivery. We email your files within 24 hours of confirming your payment — most orders go out much sooner. We're in the process of automating this step through PayMob, which will make local delivery instant too.
Your download link stays active for a limited time and a limited number of downloads, so keep your own copy once you've downloaded it. If your link expires or stops working before you've saved your files, just email contact@getnourishcode.com and we'll resend it immediately at no charge.
If you buy the paperback on Amazon, it's printed and shipped by Amazon directly, under Amazon's own shipping terms and timelines — not by us.
If you paid but haven't received anything after a reasonable time, or something looks wrong, contact contact@getnourishcode.com and we'll sort it out right away.
