Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information The Nourish Code (operated by Adel Battah) collects, how we use it, and your choices. We keep it minimal: we only collect what we need to deliver your book and respond to you.

What we collect

Your email address — when you request the free Wallet Card, place an order, or join our list.
Your name and message — when you use the contact form or place a local order.
Order details — the product you bought and, for local payments, the method and any reference you provide so we can match your payment.
Payment information — handled directly by our payment processor (Paddle); we do not see or store your full card details.

How we use it

To deliver your book and any materials you ordered.
To reply to your messages and provide support.
To send occasional updates and tips — only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site and fulfil orders:

Paddle.com — payment processing (Merchant of Record) for card/international payments.
Web3Forms — securely delivers your contact-form and order-form submissions to our email.
Vercel — website hosting and content delivery.
Our email/newsletter provider — if you opt in to the list, to send the Wallet Card and updates.
Cloudflare Turnstile — bot-detection service used on our contact and order forms to prevent spam. Turnstile runs invisibly in your browser and processes limited signals (browser environment, interaction patterns) to distinguish humans from bots. No personal data is stored by Turnstile for this purpose. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum for full details.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Cookies & tracking

The site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage only to remember your language preference (English/Arabic); this stays on your device and does not identify you. Our contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, which may set a short-lived cookie for that purpose; it carries no advertising or tracking data.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you, at any time. Email contact@getnourishcode.com and we'll take care of it.

Retention & security

We keep order and contact information only as long as needed to support you and meet our records obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. The site is served over HTTPS. As an Egypt-based seller, we handle personal data in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020); if we ever integrate a local Egyptian payment processor, any card or transaction data will be handled by that processor directly under its own PCI-DSS obligations — we do not store full payment-card details ourselves.
